Offering: homebased, $8-12/hour; 14 days of PTO during 1st year, 20 days PTO starting 2nd year; Half-day Fridays (4 working hours) but get paid for a full day; being treated with respect and not like you’re a machine.
Looking for: a strong Social Media Manager with copywriting and graphic design skills. Editing skills for photos and videos are a huge plus. Communications through Slack, Gmail, and Google Hangouts.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing compelling copy for social media, as well as organize, schedule, and manage content across
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across
- Write compelling, error-free social media copy tailored to various audiences.
- Create visually appealing graphics using Canva or InDesign for posts and stories.
- Implement and track social media strategies provided by the team, adjusting as needed.
- Manage and respond to comments and direct messages professionally, daily (M-F).
- Edit short videos and photos to align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
- Research and learn about a variety of industries to produce relevant content.
- Collaborate with your Project Manager and tea
- Maintain a high standard of quality with meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient with major social media platforms, especially
- Strong background in English copywriting and editing for digital content.
- Experience with scheduling platforms such as Social Pilot, Meta Business Planner, or similar tools.
- Graphic design skills, with proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe InDesign.
- Familiarity with video and photo editing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new industry trends.
- Ability to adapt writing style to fit various industries and target audiences. Professional and home service industry experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of small business operations and goals.
