Your Role:
As the Social Media Content Editor/Manager, you will play a key role in streamlining our content production process and ensuring our podcast stands out visually and creatively. You’ll oversee the design, editing, and scheduling of social media content while ensuring that every piece aligns perfectly with our brand’s style and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create reusable templates for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Edit short-form video clips and reels (60-90 seconds) tailored to each platform, including Instagram and YouTube.
- Design carousels, quote graphics, and other assets to accompany social media posts.
- Format and edit long-form video clips, capturing the major takeaways of each episode.
- Incorporate provided text and visuals into each content piece, ensuring every detail reflects our brand’s identity.
- Maintain an organized schedule for uploading and managing content across platforms.
- Develop branding materials for our upcoming YouTube channel (logo, banner, thumbnails).

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in social media content editing and management, particularly for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail in design, typography, and layout.
- Experience creating systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consistent results.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing and social media content.
- Availability to work 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for meetings between 9am and 12pm UK time.
- Reliable internet connection for Zoom and VOIP calls.
- Experience with digital marketing, podcasts, or Squarespace is an added advantage.
