Virtual Luxe Solutions is looking for a highly skilled, creative, and independent Virtual Assistant to support a real estate and short-term rental (STR) business with social media content creation, advanced video editing, and rental portfolio management.
This role requires someone who is highly proficient in social media tools, skilled in editing high-quality content, and experienced in managing short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental properties. The ideal candidate must be able to take raw listing footage and content, edit it into engaging social media content using advanced editing techniques, and create captions and hashtags without needing direction.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation & Video Editing
– Edit high-quality social media content using advanced editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
– Use transitions, overlays, and special effects to create engaging content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram,
– Take raw listing content and footage and independently edit it into engaging video content without needing direction
– Write captions, add relevant hashtags, and create compelling content that maximizes reach and engagement
– Schedule content for consistent posting and monitor engagement metrics to adjust strategies

Short-Term Rental (STR) Portfolio Management
– Manage a portfolio of 40+ rental properties, including short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals
– Handle guest communications and inquiries via OwnerRez, Airbnb, MarketMySTR, and direct booking platforms
– Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and listings to optimize bookings and revenue
– Ensure property listings are updated with accurate descriptions, images, and availability
General Administrative & Marketing Support
– Respond professionally to
– Assist with marketing materials and branding updates in Canva
– Support other business operations tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
– Advanced experience in social media content creation and video editing (must submit work samples)
– Expertise in social media video editing tools including CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, Final Cut Pro, Canva Pro, etc.
– Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms to maximize engagement
– Ability to create high-quality content from raw video footage without direction
– Excellent command of spoken and written English (must be professional and well-spoken)
– Experience managing short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental properties is required
– Proficiency in STR platforms such as OwnerRez, Airbnb, and MarketMySTR
– Strong organizational and time management skills; must meet deadlines consistently
– Self-sufficient and proactive; must be able to take ownership of tasks and execute them without constant oversight
Work Hours & Expectations
– Part-time: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 1PM EST
– Must be comfortable working remotely with no distractions
– Reliable internet connection with a backup plan in case of connectivity issues
– Must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
– Flexibility to adjust hours when the client is traveling and needs additional support
