Position Overview:
As my Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor, you will be instrumental in communicating the essence of my mindset coaching practice across various digital platforms. Your work will involve crafting inspiring social posts, producing short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok), designing graphics, and assisting with newsletter layout and visuals. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the personal development and wellness space, stays current with social media best practices, and excels in both design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Produce and curate engaging social media content—including Instagram posts, Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, and LinkedIn updates—that resonates with a personal growth-oriented audience.
Video Editing: Edit recorded sessions, testimonials, and short motivational clips into polished videos that capture attention, build trust, and reinforce my brand’s messaging.
Visual Design: Create on-brand graphics and visuals for social channels, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent and uplifting aesthetic.
Newsletter Design & Management: Work with my email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp or ConvertKit) to design newsletters that are visually appealing, easy to read, and aligned with my brand voice and style.
Trend Research: Stay informed about social media trends, wellness and coaching industry topics, and creative content formats that can help attract, educate, and inspire my audience.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor engagement metrics, track content performance, and suggest improvements to expand reach, increase audience interaction, and strengthen brand recognition.
Qualifications & Skills:

Industry Understanding: Familiarity with personal development, coaching, wellness, or related fields is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
Platform Knowledge: Understanding of best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
Creative Mindset: Ability to translate mindset coaching principles into visually compelling and emotionally resonant content.
