When you apply:
Please write an overview of work you've done related to the tasks outlined in the job. Please don't simply attach a resume and cover letter. Please write an overview in the message area explaining why you'd be amazing at this job and telling me more about you and who you are and what your experiences are. I'd love to know specifically about your current work situation and your most recent job.
Also, to test your eye for design. I'd like you to go to Ideogram and use the free account to create one Pinterest style graphic, in the 1:2 size ratio, with text that says "Best Thanksgiving Side Items" with a collage of images behind it. You'll need to take a quick look at Ideogram's gallery and simply write a text prompt to create this image. Download it, and send it to me along with your application.
For each one, find the pin on the first page that you think is the most eye catching and include a link to that pin in your response. So I should see a total of 3 links to pins, one for each topic above, to demonstrate your design style.
If you don't have direct experience with these tasks, that's okay. They are easily taught. I'm looking for people who have general experience working online and who can write in English reasonably well (well enough to complete these tasks)
I look forward to your application.
