Help Build a Brand from the Ground Up!

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on social media content creator and video editor to help us grow our new company Matcha.ai, an AI-powered recruitment platform. This is a part-time, position where you’ll be directly involved in creating, editing, short-form video ads, graphics, and social media posts to drive engagement and awareness.

This is more than just a content role—you’ll be helping shape a brand from scratch and working closely with our team to develop engaging, high-impact content that hooks users and showcases the power of AI-driven job matching.

What You’ll Do:
- Create & edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
- Design eye-catching social media posts for X, Instagram, and LinkedIn that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Work hands-on with our team to craft content that resonates with job seekers and recruiters
- Help develop our social media voice and strategy as we build the brand from the ground up
- Experiment with different content formats to find what drives the most impact

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in content creation, video editing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in video editing tools
- Strong design skills with graphic tools
- Understanding of what makes content go viral & hook audiences quickly
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand growth
