The Rainmaker Family is excited to announce an opportunity for a Social Media Content Creator with a focus on Instagram. We’re looking for a creative professional to drive our organic growth on Instagram by building strong connections with our audience and amplifying our brand’s voice. In this high-impact role, you’ll craft engaging, compliant content, build an authentic community, create ads aligned with our brand, and use Instagram as a key platform for organic lead generation. We’re seeking a creative professional with a deep understanding of organic content strategies, social media engagement, and content creation that drives real impact on Instagram.
ROLE
As our Social Media Content Creator, you will take the helm of our content initiatives, producing high-quality content with a primary focus on Instagram. The role includes strategic content planning, lead generation creation, audience engagement, and trend analysis to enhance brand visibility, engage followers, and drive conversions for The Rainmaker Family instagram channels.
Your expertise will transform our brand's presence on Instagram, increasing engagement, and significantly expand our overall market influence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Create engaging feed & story content strategy, sourcing content tailored to our target audience and optimized for organic growth, engagement and generating leads.
Create 2x pieces of content daily for the feed.
Create 1-2x pieces of content daily for the story.
Maintain the Instagram profile optimized for conversion, such as: Profile picture, bio and content templates, ensuring they are cohesive with the overall content strategy.
Ad Creation:
Create 1-2x Instagram ads daily to support marketing efforts. (As need be)
Ensure all ads align with brand messaging and are optimized for conversion.
Occasionally, ads may be requested on short notice due to time-sensitive events.
Ensure all Ads are compliant with company policies.
Content Management:
Curate interactive story elements (polls, Q&As, etc.) to foster audience interaction and gather insights.
Plan and post story content daily to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Strategy and Trend Analysis:
Monitor social media trends and growth strategies, adjusting content and strategies in real-time to maximize reach and engagement.
Audience Engagement:
Actively monitor, respond to comments and messages to nurture our audience and build a supportive, loyal community.
Engage with followers in the broadcast channel, sharing valuable content, updates, and encouraging active participation.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Utilize advanced tools to gather data, analyze performance metrics, and produce detailed reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Community Building:
Take ownership of the Instagram broadcast channel to share key updates, behind-the-scenes content, and exclusive announcements.
Utilize the broadcast channel for one-way messaging, providing valuable content such as polls, videos, and messages that foster deeper audience engagement without overwhelming followers with two-way interactions.
Requirements:
Experience in Social Media Content Creation: Proven experience with Instagram content creation, story management, and engagement tactics.
Strong understanding of audience engagement and community-building strategies.
Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze social media trends and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities for consistent engagement with followers, as well as cross-functional collaboration within the team.
Organization: Ability to work autonomously, stay organized, and adapt to content trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

(Expected Proficiencies / Tools You’ll Be Using)
Expertise in Digital Tools: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, analytics, and trends. Proficiency with tools like Slack, Canva, Rainmaker App, Google Suite. and especially Instagram itself, which will be the central platform for our marketing efforts.

It means taking responsibility for maintaining the brand’s voice, values, and style in every piece of content produced. An accountable Social Media Content Creator ensures each post, story, and caption reflects the brand’s mission and resonates authentically with the target audience.

RESULTS
Engagement Rate: Maintain or improve the engagement rate to 3-5% or higher, through consistent content delivery and community-focused strategies.
Content Cohesion: Ensure profile elements (bio, picture, templates) are optimized and updated monthly for consistency with brand strategy.
Leads Conversion: Create highly engaging lead generation content to ensure a continuous flow of quality leads. Focus on optimizing content to drive conversions and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects through effective storytelling and strategic calls-to-action.
Community Growth: Grow a strong and loyal Instagram community developed through daily engagement and personalized interaction, resulting in better brand visibility and follower retention.
Ad Creation: Create 7-14 ads per week, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards, staying compliant with brand and community guidelines.
Content Creation: Produce a minimum of 14 feed posts and 7-14 story posts weekly.
AGREEMENT TERMS
Time
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
This position is remote. You will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You will also be expected to complete your daily tasks every day, Monday to Friday
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack 8AM-5PM PST daily.

Monthly Retainer: $1,500
