We’re looking for a social media expert who shares our passion for health and wellness and can help expand our reach by creating engaging content, growing our social media presence, and driving meaningful interactions within our niche. The goal is to increase new patients by 30-50 per month as well as to qualify them about exactly what we can offer. 

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for daily content creation across our key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and linkdin), ensuring that all content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. Your goal will be to connect with our audience, drive engagement, and grow our social media presence within targeted niches.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Content Creation: Develop and design engaging posts, reels, and stories for Facebook, Instagram, Linkdin and TikTok.
Lead Magnet Creation: Research and create lead magnets that attract leads. 
Graphic Design: Create visually compelling content that is in line with our brand identity.
Market Research: Identify trends, competitor activity, and niche-specific content that will resonate with our audience.
Brand Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Engagement: Manage and interact with our audience, responding to comments and fostering a strong online community.
Analytics: Track performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Content Approval: Submit content for daily approval via WhatsApp before posting.
Optional: Contribute to our SEO strategy and blog posts to help drive organic traffic.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating social media growth and audience engagement in previous roles.
Graphic Design Skills: Experience using tools like Canva (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, or similar to create visually appealing posts.
Content Creation Expertise: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content tailored to the specific needs and preferences of Facebook, Instagram, Linkdin and TikTok audiences.
SEO & Blogging: Basic knowledge of SEO and content creation for blogs is a bonus.
Communication: Excellent written communication and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
Proactive & Detail-Oriented: You can manage your workload and take initiative while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
AI use: Deep understanding of the possibilities of using AI to expand outreach and influence of our channels. 
Chatbots: Setting up of chatbots on messenger and facebook to engage clients.
