JOB OVERVIEW

Hi we're Lunautics! A cosmically inspired cosmetics brand that makes unique products for festivals and fantasies. We're based in LA and over the years we have grown a community of glitter obsessed guys and gals that love wearing Lunautics and interacting with us on socials. Our customers love makeup, fashion, music, festivals, raves and fandoms, if these things interest you as well you may be "the one"!

We're looking for someone who loves all things social media and marketing! Our ideal candidate for this role is organized, trend focused and a great communicator.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing Upgrade to see actual info social calendars, including posting cadence / layout, copywriting, and posting across all social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Upgrade to see actual infomunity management, responding to comments, dms and organincally "liking" and engaging with creators and customers in our community.
Create platform specific strategies and content.
Work closely with internal teams to support their respective roles, ensuring consistency in voice, and cultivating a strong community around the Upgrade to see actual infoanizing and storing all incoming content from in-house and content creator shoots in our Dropbox.
Editing and preparing content for approvals to post and storing completed content on Dropbox to be repurposed later.
Collect UGC for reposting and Upgrade to see actual infopetitive research to track Lunautics against the landscape and to identify key trends and concepts amongst competitors.
Post assets as planned (Reels, TikToks, IG Stories, etc) either by scheduling them, or posting live.


Qualifications:

At least 1 year managing socials for a brand in the beauty, fashion or music space.
Possess an eye for visual story-telling and be competent in graphic design with either Adobe or Canva
Excellent communication skills, both written, oral, and interpersonal.
Must speak "Gen-Z" and have a passion for keeping up with all things trending.
Pride yourself on your ability to create a fun and inclusive online community.
Amazing spelling, grammar, and copywriting skills.
Adept at using project management software like Click-Up for Upgrade to see actual infofortable working with a global team, and working fully remotely.

This job requires one weekly check in via Zoom, with your manager who will be working PST time in Los Angeles and daily check-ins vis Slack and Click-up.
