Part-Time Social Media Coordinator Wanted!

Location: Remote (Philippines) Salary: 15,000 PHP/month Hours: 20 hours per week (Australian hours)

Diesel Geeks is looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team! We’re passionate about diesel 4WDs in Australia, and we need someone who gets our unique style and audience—blue-collar, no-nonsense folks who appreciate a bit of humor mixed with expert knowledge.

You’ll be managing our content calendar and keeping our social media on track, but don’t worry—while we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. You’ll need to work with Australian time zones so we can chat and make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and schedule posts across our social media platforms.
Engage with our audience—think friendly, casual, and knowledgeable.
Manage social media engagement (comments, messages, etc.) and keep the conversation going.
Report on social media analytics to track growth and improvement.
Collaborate with our video and graphics editor to ensure top-notch content (you won’t need to create visuals, just guide the process).
What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing social media for male-focused brands (especially if you’ve worked with Australian audiences—bonus points for that!).
A good sense of humor—someone who knows how to joke around while staying professional.
Strong communication skills and availability to work during Australian hours.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and scheduling tools.
Ability to report on analytics and suggest improvements.
