JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Brand Manager—specifically working with coaches, course creators, and service providers. This role goes beyond traditional marketing; it’s about elevating brands, building communities, and driving impact through purpose-driven strategies.

This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time after six months, based on performance and business growth. You will work directly with the agency founder to implement and refine marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Social Media Growth & Content Strategy:
- Create, manage, and engage across all platforms to nurture and convert warm audiences
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, stories, email marketing, and ad campaigns
- Align messaging with impact-driven storytelling and conversion-focused strategies
- Monthly performance reports of what’s working and what to improve on social media

2. Launch & Conversion Support:
- Assist in launching and promoting digital products, courses, and coaching programs
- Warm up and nurture Facebook group communities to drive at least 35 sales per launch (during launches)
- Support in conversion events through social engagement, email follow-ups, and relationship building

Metrics for Success:
1. Growth in leads & list-building (measured weekly/monthly)
2. Cost-per-lead targets met for conversion events
3. Increase in podcast listenership and overall audience engagement
3. Text message marketing sign-ups consistently growing
4. Launch sales results & personal contribution to revenue growth (commission opportunities available)

Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
