Job Overview:
We are seeking a Brand Ambassador Coordinator to identify and engage potential influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. Your role will be to establish connections with individuals who align with our brand, assess their suitability, and manage the process of sending them free products for promotion. You will also coordinate incentive structures such as cash rewards, exclusive discounts, and personalized promo codes for their followers.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and reach out to potential influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who fit our target audience.
Communicate with influencers to introduce our brand and products.
Evaluate their engagement, audience demographics, and content style to determine if they are a good fit.
Manage product gifting by creating and processing orders in Shopify for selected ambassadors.
Track and monitor influencer performance, ensuring they meet promotional expectations.
Develop and manage reward structures, including cash incentives, affiliate codes, and discount programs.
Maintain a database of ambassadors and influencers for ongoing collaborations.
Report on campaign performance and provide insights on what works best.
Requirements:

Strong communication and outreach skills.
Experience with influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships is a plus.
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
