We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to work closely with our Social Media Manager. Your role will include:

1. Community Engagement:
-Respond to comments on social media posts and DMs.
-Have a basic understanding of finance to answer questions like "What is a HYSA?" or "What is the 50/30/20 rule?" with the help of AI tools like ChatGPT.
-Provide accurate responses about our investing masterclass and other offerings.

2. Create Text Carousels:
-Research trending finance topics
-Design carousel posts on Canva

3. Create Thumbnails:
-Research trending finance thumbnails
-Design thumbnails on Canva with high click-through-rates

4. General Admin Support/Communication:
-Assist Social Media Manager
-Quality-check social media accounts
-Set up ManyChat automations
-Collaborate and communicate with the team through Slack and Google Meet
-Provide daily updates on Slack

5. Blog Writer:
-Help write money-related blogs as a ghost writer for Steve
-Use ChatGPT and reference other money article websites, such as Yahoo Finance, CNBC, and Investopedia
-Fact-check from multiple sources


Requirements:
-Strong written English communication skills
-Basic knowledge of personal finance
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT

-ChatGPT
-Canva
-Slack
-Google Meet
-ManyChat
-Social Media (IG, TT, FB, YT, Threads, X)


Interview criteria:
1. You must research our channel @calltoleap on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and TikTok. I will ask you for specific ideas on how you would make our carousels and engagement better.
