JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring the performance of social media ad campaigns, particularly on Facebook, to generate high-quality leads and call these leads to facilitate appointments with potential clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and implement effective social media ad campaigns, focusing on Facebook, to generate leads and drive traffic.
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media advertising.
* Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Develop strategies to capture and nurture leads through social media advertising.
* Engage with leads and business owners through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to set up * appointments.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience in social media advertising, particularly on Facebook (at least 6 months).
* Experience in setting appointments and pitching to business owners (at least 6 months).
* Demonstrated success in generating and managing leads through social media campaigns.
* Proficient in social media ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willing to work in our offices in Mandaue City, Cebu
* Willing to work in a graveyard shift
