JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Campaign Creation: Develop and implement comprehensive social media ad strategies that align with marketing objectives and business goals. Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and determine budget allocations.

Ad Creation: Design and oversee the creation of compelling ad creatives, including copy, visuals, and video content, that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

Platform Management: Manage social media advertising across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. Ensure ads are optimized for each platform’s unique features and audience.

Campaign Execution: Launch, monitor, and manage ad campaigns from inception to completion. Ensure timely and accurate execution of ads, including A/B testing and adjustments based on performance.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. Adjust spend as necessary based on performance and campaign needs.

Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure that campaigns remain innovative and effective.




Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube ads,and other emerging platforms is a significant plus.

Strong understanding of each platform's features, targeting options, bidding strategies, and reporting capabilities.

Experience with content creation, website analytics, and reporting

Experience in Google Analytics tools such as (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Cente), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other related tools

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
