Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize social media ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to create targeted ad strategies.
- Monitor and manage ad performance daily, making adjustments to targeting, bids, and budgets to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Create and analyze detailed campaign performance reports, including metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad assets, including compelling copy, visuals, and videos.
- Stay informed about the latest changes in Meta Ads platforms and policies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Ads Manager, specifically with Meta Ads.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and drive results.
- Experience in generating and presenting tracking reports with actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with a responsive and collaborative work ethic.
