Social Media Ads Manager

Job Brief
We're a digital marketing agency based in Utah that is focused on Local SEO. We're actively looking to add to our team to help set up, manage, and monitor social media ad campaigns (Meta, Google, and LinkedIn) for our clients who are mostly in the Auto Repair Industry..

Objectives
We're looking to add to our team of Ads Managers who could help increase brand awareness for our clients through cost-effective Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn (and Google) ad campaigns.

Key Results Area (KRA) we are more interested in is call conversions.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Develop social media campaigns
• Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns
• Use tools such as GHL. Buffer, Hootsuite or any other social media marketing tools that you currently use or plan to use
• Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
• Track SEO and web traffic metrics
• Work with our content production team for ad copies
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers

Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience as a social media manager or a similar role
• Experience in creating social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude for crafting engaging content
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Good to have:
• Prior experience as a copywriter
• Prior experience as a content manager
