We are seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Ads Expert to work directly with the CEO in managing and optimizing our social media advertising efforts. This role is critical for driving growth and maximizing ROI across platforms like Meta
Key Responsibilities
Ad Strategy & Campaign Management
-Plan, create, and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
-Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
-Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to capitalize on them.
Creative Testing & Optimization
-Collaborate with video editors and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
-Conduct A/B tests for copy, visuals, and targeting to improve ad performance.
-Analyze creative performance and iterate based on insights.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
-Regularly analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for the CEO.
-Identify actionable insights from campaign data and provide recommendations for improvement.
-Maintain organized records of campaign results and strategies in Google Drive.
Platform Expertise & Trend Monitoring
-Stay updated on the latest changes and best practices for Meta and TikTok ad platforms.
-Keep a pulse on emerging social media trends and competitor strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
-Work 1:1 with the CEO to align paid ads strategies with business goals.
-Partner with the marketing team to ensure messaging and branding consistency across campaigns.
-Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies when needed.
Budget Management
-Manage and allocate ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
-Track campaign budgets and report any discrepancies or adjustments needed.
Qualifications
-Experience: 2+ years managing paid social media campaigns with demonstrable success.
-Platform Expertise: Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Drive.
-Creative Testing: Proven ability to test and iterate ad creatives to optimize performance.
-Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
Video Collaboration: Experience working with video editors to produce engaging ad content.
-Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and audience targeting strategies.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and project management platforms like Asana or Trello (preferred but not required).
