Social Media & Administrative Support Specialist (With Graphic Design Focus)
Location: Remote, with preference for U.S. time zone availability
Type: Freelance/Part-Time, with potential for full-time work
Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience

Katie Noel Studio is looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual to assist with social media management, content creation, administrative support, and graphic design. This role requires someone who can work efficiently and be creatively and not be stressed but also be able to hit deadlines. I would like for them to start immediately to help streamline business operations and elevate our success!

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation – Develop branded content, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentations using Canva, (basic Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator use)
Social Media Management & Strategy – Plan and schedule content, engage with the community, track analytics, and implement strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Administrative & Business Support – Assist with key operational tasks, including creating a client investment guide, welcome guide, fee proposal guide, and developing questionnaire ideas and content to improve client experience.
Project Coordination – Organize and manage files, emails, and studio communications using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or Asana to ensure seamless workflows.
Requirements:
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with graphic design, branding, and marketing content creation
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Highly organized and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
