Small Business Account Executive (Part-Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Small Business Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in our outbound calling efforts, responsible for connecting with potential clients and setting appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls for a minimum of 3 hours a day, at least 3-5 days per week.
Follow provided scripts to engage potential clients and set appointments effectively.
Maintain a high level of consistency and professionalism in each call.
Take detailed notes during calls and report back with the necessary information.
Work collaboratively with the team, being open and communicative.
Ensure adherence to our quality assurance standards, with calls being monitored for compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in a call center or a similar role involving outbound calls is preferable but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take comprehensive notes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
Basic technical skills to work with call monitoring systems and reporting tools.
Compensation:

$4 per hour + Commission
This is a part-time position with a potential for full time opportunities
