Skip Tracer & OSINT Researcher (Home Address Finder)

Description:
We are hiring a full-time skip tracer to find and verify home mailing addresses of high-level decision-makers. You will be responsible for working 1–2 days ahead of the outreach team to ensure only verified leads are used. Accuracy and verification are critical for this role.

Responsibilities:

Research and verify 40 accurate home addresses per day

Use tools like FastPeopleSearch, TruePeopleSearch, Whitepages, Spokeo, Zillow, and others

Cross-reference by name, city, company, age, spouse, and property data

Assign confidence level (High, Medium, Low) for each address

Save verified addresses to Google Sheets

Flag duplicates, unclear, or low-confidence cases

Requirements:

Mastery-level English reading and comprehension

Advanced skip tracing and OSINT research experience

Excellent at identifying and verifying correct person and home address

Comfortable using multiple platforms to confirm accuracy

Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently

Reliable, high-speed internet connection

Compensation and Growth:

$3/hour full-time

Raise available after 90 days of excellent performance
