Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to promote our skincare products, aligning with optimization guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Create regular reports to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate on the creation of engaging ad copy and visuals to resonate with our skincare audience.
- Execute planned ad promotions and upload creative assets within Meta platforms as directed.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance campaign strategies.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Facebook Ads or Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of the skincare industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Additionally, candidates should possess a high-speed internet connection and a capable laptop or PC. Familiarity with Canva is also Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
20,000 PHP per month and salary increases every 6 months based on the performance.
