Skilled artistic illustrator

Hey Folks, I'm looking for a skilled artistic illustrator for project-based work with my agency. I need an illustrator who is creative, can bring a work to life based on examples and simple prompts and importantly does original hand-drawn (use of digital tools to do this is just fine) work not just computer-generated.
