JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor with a strong background in real estate to join our growing team. As our video editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms. You will work closely with our content team to transform raw footage into captivating Instagram Reels, short videos, and other formats that resonate with real estate audiences. Your work will help our clients attract potential buyers, showcase properties, and build a strong brand presence online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand client needs and create videos that align with their branding and marketing goals. Utilize creative editing techniques, including graphics, text overlays, and transitions, to enhance video storytelling. Optimize videos for social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing and social media marketing. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. Provide creative input on video concepts and collaborate with the team to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a video editor, specifically in the real estate industry. Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging video content for social media. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content requirements. Understanding of the real estate market and the ability to create videos that appeal to potential buyers and sellers. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
