We are looking for a skilled 2D animator with a passion for anime-style animation to join our creative team. You will be responsible for bringing characters to life through fluid, high-energy animations inspired by real-life dance trends and pop culture. Our projects primarily focus on short-form 5-20 second animated clips featuring a mix of well-known anime characters and original designs.

Responsibilities:
Create dynamic and expressive 2D anime-style animations based on reference videos.
Capture authentic dance movements and gestures from real-life social media trends.
Ensure smooth character animation with attention to timing, weight, and fluidity.
Work with pre-designed anime and original characters, maintaining accuracy in designs.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and refine animation concepts.
Deliver high-quality, clean animations within project timelines.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a 2D animator with an anime-style portfolio.
Strong understanding of character movement, dance, and fight choreography.
Proficiency in animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, Live2D, or similar.
Ability to mimic existing character styles while maintaining consistency.
Understanding of timing, squash & stretch, and other animation principles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to take direction and feedback.
Experience in creating content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics and effects.
Background in storyboarding or character design.
