Simple youtube tutorial and thumbnail creator

I'm looking for a video and thumbnail creator for simple "how-to" videos for youtube.
Compensation: $1 per video and thumbnail
Video length: 1-2 minutes (screen recording + your voiceover)
Volume: 5-10 videos per day, or 50-70 per week
