Shortform/TikTok Video Editor for English Videos
We're looking for a good, fast, thorough and reliable short form video editor who is familiar with tiktok and tiktok studio. Basic editing skills are required, with the ability to compare and replicate videos closely.

Daily Workload:
- 12 videos max daily (often times less than 12 videos/day).
- 3 hours max per day.

Task and Workflow Management:
- Download raw videos from Google Drive.
- Upload videos to TikTok Studio Mobile App (any TikTok account is fine).
- Edit video closely to sample video provided and/or the ability to discern what a good quality video is.
- Removing dead space, a good eye for best takes, adding necessary text and/or image hooks on screen and captions (NOTES PROVIDED)
- Download the edited videos from TikTok Studio Mobile App.
- Upload the edited videos back to Google Drive and link in Basecamp (workflow app).
- Using Basecamp to organize, manage daily tasks and communicate.

What I Need:
- Strong written English and comprehension is mandatory.
- 1-2+ years of experience in video editing.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing and pop culture in the US and around the world.
- Familiarity with viral and storytelling content.
- Fast & Detail-Oriented – should complete 12 videos in 2-3 hours max and within a 24 hour window turnaround for submission.
- Familiar with TikTok Studio (or willing to learn quickly).
- Reliable Internet Connection – all tasks are done online.
- Skills in problem-solving and creativity.
- Salary: $400 USD per month (There will be salary increases over time as you gain more responsibilities and/or experience within the role.).
- MUST BE PROMPT, FAST, RELIABLE & COMMUNICATIVE
