As we grow, we’re expanding our team to include more talented video editors to manage our increasing workload. Training is available for candidates who are motivated to improve their skills.

What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for a video editor who:
• Can edit talking head videos in English
• Understands the main idea of the video and edits in an engaging style
• Is open to feedback and strives to deliver their best work
• Has experience with Instagram-style content

Our Requirements (You MUST have all):
• Fluency in English: To ensure videos are free of typos and language errors
• A strong portfolio: Provide your portfolio at the end of the application
• Creative thinking skills: Ability to source B-rolls independently when necessary
• Teamwork and collaboration skills: Willingness to align with our content strategy
• Familiarity with Instagram growth strategies, especially for reels and stories
• Reliability: Strong communication and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Reels: Edit one reel every three days
• Maintain a growth mindset and constantly seek to improve editing to maximize engagement

What We Provide:
• Editing Guidelines: A clear style guide to ensure content consistency
• B-roll Access: A shared Google Drive folder with footage

Salary:
• $10–$20 per video, depending on experience
