Short term rental customer service rep

Looking for someone to work full time, 40 hours per week guaranteed. We are a property management company managing short term rentals. If you have experience with this, please state it in your initial email and let me know what systems you have used.

Excellent English skills are a must. I want someone who is smart and learns quickly. Problem solving is huge in this job.

Hours are non negotiable: Monday-Friday 5 pm-1 am EST.

Applicant must have internet and backup internet. Also a headset with a noise cancelling mic so that you can be on the phone.
