Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant (VA). The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure exceptional guest communication and satisfaction through prompt and professional messaging. Additionally, the VA will assist with general listing administration tasks to maintain the accuracy and attractiveness of our property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Messaging and Communication:
- Promptly and courteously respond to guest inquiries and concerns via Airbnb messaging and email.
- Provide detailed property information and assistance to enhance guest experience.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and uphold brand image.
2. Listing Administration:
- Maintain accurate and attractive Airbnb listings, including descriptions and pricing.
- Monitor guest reviews and manage property information updates.
- Utilize Guesty software for streamlined listing management.
3. General Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with various administrative duties as needed, ensuring efficiency and organization.
4. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our Instagram presence, creating engaging content that reflects the brand.
- Respond to comments and messages on Instagram to foster community engagement.

Qualifications:
> Short-Term Rental Experience: Experience in managing short-term rental properties, demonstrating knowledge of the industry.
> Familiarity with using the Airbnb messaging platform.
> Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
> Comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment with minimal supervision.
> Experience with Guesty or similar property management software is a plus.
