Short Term Rentals Comunications

Assistant will need to be available from 7:30 AM EST to 10:30 PM EST. We do not expect assistant to work all 15 hrs in a day but they will need to be available to guests for all inquires and questions the guests may have within this timeframe. We are very particular with getting back to our guests within 5 min of guest contacting us. Assistant can expect to communicate with 30+ guests a day and will vary day to day. Guest experience is top priority for us and we are looking for someone that loves people and will treat our guests with excellence.
