Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant

Are you an AirBnB ,VRBO , Booking.com expert? This work opportunity might be for you! Our client owns a growing short term rental business and she is looking to hire a long term property and guest experience manger to run the business 100% on their own.

For the right person, this will become a well-paid long term opportunity with large bonus/performance pay. The job responsibilities include:

1. Respond quickly to guest messages via airbnb app/site
2. Message guests during their stay and answer questions as needed
3. Approve booking requests and reservations
4. Coordinate and schedule cleanings
5. Coordinate and schedule repairs as needed
6. Submit reviews after each guest checks out
7. Check voicemails and respond as needed
8. Follow up on weekly and monthly inventory with cleaners
