We are a UK based Short Term Rental Business, and now ready to hire our first talent.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Looking after all guest communications, including enquiries, FAQs, and complaints (via messaging platforms such as Airbnb, & also on the phone via our virtual landline number)
- Coordinating with our cleaning teams to ensure every apartment is cleaned to a high standard and on time
- Working with our owners to log all maintenance issues
- Supporting two directors, with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
- Marketing those properties on Airbnb ,
Who you will be:
- A great communicator, in both written and verbal English

Prior experience in customer service and working night shifts is preferred (but not essential).
Must be okay to work on the weekends.
Working hours have 5 hours of desk, 1 hour of flexible messaging support we need between 9am Uk time to 8.30pm UK time.
The ideal candidate :
1. Can be a university student. ( due to working hours offered)
