Short Term Rental VA/ Mid Term Rental Manager

Mid-Term Rental Manager – Full-Time (Remote)
Starting Wage: $3.50/hr + Performance Bonuses & Raises

NSD Property Management is seeking a dedicated and driven Mid-Term Rental Manager to oversee and expand our mid-term rental operations. This full-time, remote role requires excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) and the ability to confidently make cold calls to generate leads from businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Short-Term Rental Support

Assist with daily property management tasks, including guest communications and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure guest satisfaction by managing responses and operations through Hospitable, Turno, Upgrade to see actual info, and Connecteam.
Collaborate with the team through effective communication and coordination.
Mid-Term Rental Management

Handle all inquiries from platforms like Airbnb, website inquiries, Furnished Finder, Upgrade to see actual info, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and others.
Funnel all guest leads into our website and utilize strategic planning to convert inquiries into bookings.
Manage reservations and ensure smooth placement for monthly rentals.
Screen applicants, draft leases, and set up guest payments.
Monitor locks and cameras as part of a security measure to ensure the safety of properties and guests.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Confident in making cold calls to businesses for lead generation.
Ability to work remotely with open availability and flexible hours.
Must attend mandatory weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings.
Comfortable using property management software (Hospitable, Turno, Upgrade to see actual info, Connecteam).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Reliable computer, microphone, camera, and stable internet connection.
