Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy STR (short term rental) Administrator/Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will initially be responsible for streamlining our client onboarding process and managing the setup of new listings efficiently. The role also involves general management of the STR business as described in the description. This role requires a deep understanding of various online platforms, proficiency in digital tools, and an ability to maintain positive relationships with other staff, vendors, and homeowner clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Initially work with owner to streamline and manage the client onboarding process for new short-term rental listings.
-Collaborate with tea
-Take full ownership and responsibility for the STR onboarding process, including system building and reviewing with a focus on efficiency and effective time management.
-Create and manage listings on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
-Develop and optimize workflows and landing pages using Elite360 system on the GoHighLevel platform.
-Update and manage content on our WordPress websites using Elementor.
-Utilize Hospitable PMS for creating and managing automated messaging systems. Will become more of the key Hospitable user as time goes on to become the main operator of the system.
-Continuously update, change, and maintain all internal STR documentation as processes evolve. Will initially require organizing of existing Google Drive.
-Go through an SEO course for WordPress and apply learned techniques to enhance site visibility and rankings.
-Regularly write and update SEO-friendly blog posts.
-Manage Google My Business page and update with offerings, blogs, and updates as necessary to rank on organic search results.

Requirements:
-Strong experience with platforms like Airbnb; former Airbnb employees are highly preferred.
-Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
-Proficiency with GoHighLevel platform, including workflow and landing page creation.
-Strong familiarity with WordPress and Elementor for website management and editing.
-Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Comfort with technology and effective problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work during USA Central Time hours to be set with hire
-Strong understanding of WordPress and SEO fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in client onboarding or account management in a related field.
-Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and optimistic attitude.
-Experience in writing SEO-optimized blog posts and managing content on WordPress.
