An exciting opportunity to join an already established Short term lettings business: Short-term rental (STR) Specialist & Administrative Support
We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced professional to help us scale a rapidly expanding STR business. Myself and my wife currently have 25 premium units in Central London and until now we have not had a single VA to help us. We are now playing catch up as we are adding 2-3 new properties every month!
It would help if you have some experience with platforms like Air bnb,
Please note that this position involves running bookings on multiple OTA platforms using a PMS called "Uplsiting." initially we will just require you to be doing basic admin related tasks, such as replying to guests and liaising with our cleaning team. We would then hope after a couple of months that you would help with sourcing new deals and talk to potential new Land Lords and eventually hire and manage more VAs to join the team.
You must be okay with talking to landlords and pitching our services!

- Manage guest communications through STR platforms, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Build relationships with landlords to secure rental agreements and maintain strong partnerships.
- Create and optimize STR listings to maximize bookings and visibility.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
- Utilize Uplisting to streamline workflows and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Actively participate in a mentorship program, growing your skills and knowledge alongside us.
- Eventually help to build relationships with landlords to secure rental agreements and maintain strong partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing STR properties and operations.
- Proficiency in a PMS such as Uplisting or Guesty for STR management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling guest and landlord interactions.
- Comfortable with pitching services and negotiating with landlords.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt and grow with the venture.
