KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Communications:
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions promptly and professionally.
• Provide high-quality service to enhance guest satisfaction and secure positive reviews.

Listing Management:
• Create, update, and optimize property listings across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Ensure all listings have accurate information, high-quality images, and competitive pricing strategies.

Vendor Coordination:
• Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
• Liaise with photographers, maintenance vendors, and other contractors to support property readiness.

Operations Oversight:
• Monitor and resolve operational issues such as property maintenance and housekeeping.
• Track and report performance metrics like occupancy rates, revenue, and guest reviews.

Process Improvement:
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 2-3 years proven experience in property management, guest relations, or operations management, ideally in the short-term rental industry.
Familiarity with property management systems and tools such as channel managers and guest communication platforms.
Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with experience using tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

What We Offer:
Salary: PHP 72,000 – 89,000/month (based on experience and expertise).
