Role:
Manage guest interactions, property logistics, and marketing efforts for short-term rentals.
Thursday-Monday, 8 am-4 pm PST.
Responsibilities:
Guest communication, access code management.
Reservation payment oversight.
Cleaning schedule coordination.
Property maintenance oversight.
Social media content creation and brand-building.
Results:
Maintain a 4.9+ review rating.
100% response rate to inquiries.
Resolve guest issues promptly.
Ensure smooth rental operations.
Increase direct bookings and brand recognition.
Requirements:
Prior Airbnb or STR support experience.
Strong English skills.
Attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
2+ years in marketing/branding (hospitality preferred).
Social media proficiency, and graphic design skills.
SEO and website CMS knowledge are advantageous.
Schedule & Rate:
Full-time, 40 hrs/week, flexible.
$4-$20 hourly.
Monthly pay after service month.
Holiday and Quality Bonus pending review.
