Short Term Rental Guest Experience Agent

Join our growing short-term rental property management team and take charge of managing a portfolio of vacation rentals. Renjoy is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA and has experienced significant growth in the past year, expanding from 9 listings to over 115 Airbnb listings in 2022. We have ambitious goals to reach 200 units by the end of 2024 while still providing top-notch customer service to our clients, guests, and employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for using our property management system (PMS), Guesty, to manage the rentals and guest communication. Strong computer skills and experience with Guesty are essential for this position.

You will use a variety of other software tools to assist with managing the rentals:
- Notion for our company wiki, knowledge database, and project/task management
- Slack for communication within the company and with our 3rd party vendors and cleaners
- Operto Teams for managing turnovers, scheduling cleaners, work orders, maintenance
- Airtable for accessing a property database
- Brivo for remotely managing locks and thermostats
- Arlo for security cameras
- StayFi for managing WiFi networks
- Akia for a unified inbox in addition to personalized electronic guidebooks
- Minut for monitoring noise and deterring parties

Your primary role will be working with guests to provide an amazing experience for them. You will help with inquiries, pre-stay questions and coordination with our team, problem-solve any issues that may arise during a stay, and communicate primarily through online chat in a friendly, polite, and professional manner. Amazing people skills, English proficiency, and customer service skills are required. The response time and speed to guest communication is essential and needs to be within a couple minutes of every message.

- Exact schedule can vary based on your preferences and our needs for 24/7 guest communications
- We currently have 7 full-time Filipino employees that are amazing which allows us to schedule 24/7 coverage!
- Reliable and consistent pay - twice per month
- In 2023, we started offering 13th month pay
- We are growing very quickly and are looking for those who want to grow as well

REQUIREMENT:
- Experience managing short term rentals for a property manager with over 50 units
- Experience using a PMS
- Experience managing reservations and guests on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com

We are offering starting pay of $700 USD/mo. We pay 2x per month. There will be lots of opportunity to grow within the company both in responsibility and pay based on performance.
