I’m looking for a skilled video editor to edit 1-minute long videos that will be posted on Tiktok, Instagram shorts, Youtube shorts, and more.

I’m trying to cue in key "lessons" and learnings that the guest is sharing with our audience on our podcast to distill on these different social platforms. The end product is a handful of clips that we can reuse on each social media platform. The ideal candidate should have prior experience editing short video clips.

Pay structure:
- $20 per 1 minute-long short video edited
- $20 bonus for hitting monthly quota

If you have edited in this style in the past, that would be a major plus. I am only looking for quality editors who can edit like the style above and have experience editing in similar styles.

We will have a 1-week trial period where you will be expected to edit out short videos based on a voiceover. We will then assess your capabilities for the job before it is dUpgrade to see actual info whether or not to move forward. You will be paid $5 per video during the trial period.

I’d like this person to work several hours per day on this project and bonuses are available for hitting monthly quotas.

Weekly quotas will start at 5 videos and the pay rate is $20 per short video edited. This means the monthly quota is 20 videos

Bonuses of $20 will be given for hitting the quota

A lot of future work is possible if you do well in this job! Many of our video editors and virtual assistants have worked for us for over a year.
