JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and skilled Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. You will create dynamic, engaging video ads for Facebook and YouTube, promoting music artists, concerts, festivals, and merchandise. Your work will involve sourcing footage from YouTube and other platforms, crafting compelling short-form video ads, and adding voiceovers using AI tools like ElevenLabs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and download footage from YouTube and other platforms to create promotional videos for music artists, concerts, festivals, and merchandise.
- Edit short-form video ads (15-60 seconds) optimized for Facebook and YouTube ads.
- Use AI tools such as ElevenLabs to add professional voiceovers to some videos.
- Ensure videos are visually captivating, with attention to aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand, target audience, and goals for each campaign.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in short-form video, advertising, and social media platforms.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video editing, particularly for short-form content in advertising or music/entertainment.
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience using AI tools like ElevenLabs for voiceover integration.
- Strong creative skills with a deep understanding of pacing, music, and visual appeal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for music and entertainment is a big plus.
