Short-Form Video Editor | Making Ads

We are looking for creative video editors to make ads for our product that we sell. The video ads will be 10-20 seconds long, in vertical format, and designed for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

You will create 3-5 video ads a day. We will initially pay you $3/hour for the first 2 weeks. If your ads perform well, we will increase your pay to $4/hour. You will also earn an extra $20 bonus for every ad that performs well.

What You'll Do:
- Edit and compile footage to create engaging ads that drive sales
- Add text and audio (we'll provide scripts and general text)
- Use the footage and audio we provide, and find additional content when needed

Once hired, you will receive a fully paid, 1-hour onboarding call where we will:
- Teach you how to find and download footage of our product from TikTok
- Show you our successful video ads and our competitor ads for inspiration
- Teach you what makes an ad successful

We want dedicated editors who put effort into ceating ads that drive sales. It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with video editing softwares (preferably CapCut)
- A basic understanding of what makes people want to buy
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

We sell a tanning product for women, and our ads should showcase how our product works and why customers should buy it. It should be persuasive, emotionally appealing and convincing.
