Short Form Video Editor

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Video Editor for the “60 Sec Podcast” project, where we capture engaging, quick conversations from various locations. Our content is shared on platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and Spotify. We’re looking for an efficient, trend-aware editor who enjoys working creatively and independently.

Responsibilities:
• Creatively edit video segments to maximize viewer engagement across various social media platforms.
• Experiment with different video formats and lengths to find what works best for audience engagement and game promotion.
• Create trailers and find new ways to use content to reach more people.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends to ensure our content is appealing and current.
• Manage your workflow independently to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in video editing with major editing software.
• Strong creative and artistic skills.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and what attracts audiences.
• Highly efficient, organized, and able to work on your own.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Trial Period:
• The initial test will involve a 5-hour paid trial period, where the payment is primarily in USD. If you accept cryptocurrency, we offer $7 per hour, higher than the $5 per hour for traditional payment methods, due to lower transaction fees. During this trial, we want to see how efficiently you work, how many quality pieces of content you can produce, and how well you balance quantity with quality.
• Upon successful completion of the trial period, we will start with 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours based on performance and project needs.
• We appreciate team members who can think of ideas and create content on their own without much direction but can also follow specific instructions when given.
