Role Overview:
Create engaging talking head real estate videos by editing short-form content aligned with client brand guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing and editing footage, color correction, audio enhancement, graphics creation, and collaboration with the team.

Duties:

Review and edit Reels and TikTok footage to match client styles
Grade and correct colors; optimize audio quality
Create and animate graphics, text overlays, and visual effects
Ensure narrative flow and collaborate on project visions
Review final product for accuracy and quality; manage time efficiently
Stay updated on latest editing techniques and trends

Expectations:

Edit 4+ videos/day; handle revisions within 24 hours
Review footage within 24 hours
Ensure attractive transitions, proper sequencing, and high-quality audio
Collaborate and respond to feedback within 24 hours
Ensure accuracy and quality before final delivery
Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects and deadlines; keep Notion updated
Organize files and maintain project organization
Add all video projects to Notion and Google Drive
Complete end-of-day form

Expectations:

Ensure all projects and deliverables are on time; communicate delays
Thoroughly complete all Notion cards
Check video content quality before client delivery
