Who We Are:
Viral Coach is a small boutique coaching agency that specializes in helping businesses, from small solopreneurs to larger corporations to learn how to efficiently create effective short form content for all parts of the sales funnel, starting with viral content. Viral Coach also acts as a placement agency, helping to find top notch candidates, wherever they may be, to place with our clients and aid them in their brand building journeys.
Viral Coach will match qualified candidates to clients in an ongoing fashion based on the client’s needs and the candidates’ skill and availability until such time as they are successfully placed with a client who the candidate will work directly for or they let us know they are no longer available to be placed. Viral Coach will provide training and materials to ensure candidates are equipped to support clients in their Viral Coach programs and beyond.
If a placed candidate and client part ways, or if the client requires only part time work where the candidate has additional bandwidth, previously placed candidates may reach out to be considered for placement with additional clients.
Rates: $2-6 per hour

As a Social Media Manager you’ll organize the client’s online presence and implement a social media strategy in line with Viral Coach’s advice and training.
You’ll manage posting and distribution of the client’s content, across a range of social media platforms, provide analysis around engagement data and performance metrics as well as facilitating customer service for the client’s brand.
Responsibilities/Expectations
Tasks for this role may vary based on the day to day needs of the client, but include
Follow established SOPs of the day-to-day handling on all social media channels such as
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions as directed
Monitor, track, analyze, optimize, and report performance of social media platforms
Analyze competitor activity
Recommend improvements to increase performance
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty
A solid understanding of social media platforms, particularly in relation to customer behavior.
Strong written and verbal communication
Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects
Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
Working Hours
You will usually work the client’s core business hours, which may vary by location and client preference. You may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, if working towards a time-sensitive campaign or client deadline.
Your qualifications or experience should include:
Smartphone with high speed internet
At least 1 year managing public-facing social media accounts
Mastery of native posting tools available through Meta
Experience in copywriting, graphic design, social media platforms
Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and SEO
Online community management and customer service
