I am seeking a talented and creative Short Form Content Editor to join my team. You will be responsible for taking a variety of raw clips and transforming them into polished and engaging videos for my Reels and Shorts. Your work will help grow my audience and connecting with more business owners.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging short-form content for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
• Create videos that evoke emotion, motivate, and inspire my audience.
• Use creative editing techniques, including adding music, text, transitions, and effects, to enhance the storytelling and visual appeal of the videos
• Ensure the final edits align with my personal brand's style and message.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing, particularly for short-form content on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and emotional content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and take creative direction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in social media content creation.
