Short-Form Content Video Editor

I am looking for, primarily, a short-form video editor who can produce consistently high-quality video under strict time-constraints. More specifically, you will be responsible for rapidly producing short-form, social media video content that is polished, engaging, and consistent in terms of theme.

You should already be experienced with creating video content from raw clips/footage, as you will be expected to quickly produce a high-quality video that is ready to be published to social media. You will not exclusively leverage/rely on AI or other tools to automate the video creation process – However, it is expected that you have experience leveraging tools to make your workflow faster and more repeatable. It is also expected that you are able to work under time-pressure, as the work we do is expected to be delivered on the SAME DAY of receiving raw video clips/footage. Thus, this work is not for a video editor who takes more than a few hours (maximum) to produce a professional video that performs well on major social media platforms. You must excel in time-management and work flow efficiency/speed. You should be a lover of systems and breaking-down tasks into the most efficient and repeatable steps.

Being "OCD" is a plus here :)

This work may require intense hours and a busy work schedule. This work will be demanding, but financially and personally rewarding.
