SHOPIFY DEVELOPER ( PART-TIME)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team and help build, customize, and maintain e-commerce websites on the Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with front-end and back-end development, an understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem, and a passion for creating seamless, high-performance online stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify themes and applications.
- Customize and optimize existing Shopify stores to improve performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and APIs with Shopify.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to implement features and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to store functionality, performance, and design.
- Ensure stores are responsive, mobile-friendly, and meet current web standards.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates, industry trends, and new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing on the Shopify platform.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and Shopify’s API.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience with Shopify Plus is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and user experience (UX) design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento).
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of marketing tools and integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
