Shopify to WordPress Migration Specialist for Affiliate Website

Description:

I am looking to migrate my website from Shopify to WordPress, hosted on SiteGround. The website is an affiliate marketing site with about 120 blog posts, primarily reviews linking to Amazon products using affiliate links. Currently, the site does not sell anything directly, so there are no eCommerce elements that need to be transferred.

What I Need:

I am seeking an experienced WordPress migration expert who knows how to efficiently migrate all content from Shopify to WordPress, including:

Blog posts (around 120 articles)

Amazon affiliate links

SEO settings and meta tags


The main goal is to complete this migration without disrupting the service and to avoid any negative impact on SEO. The ideal candidate will be familiar with using migration tools or plugins to simplify the transfer process.

In addition to the migration, you will need to:

Clean up and organize the content on WordPress to ensure everything looks and functions well.

Ensure SEO settings (meta tags, links, etc.) are properly transferred.

Set up a new menu structure for Main Menu and Secondary Menu.

Redirect the current Shopify URL to the new WordPress site to avoid downtime and preserve SEO rankings.



Requirements:

Proven experience in migrating websites from Shopify to WordPress, preferably for affiliate marketing or content-based sites.

Expertise with WordPress and SiteGround hosting.

Knowledge of migration tools or plugins that streamline the process.

Attention to detail, particularly regarding SEO and URL structures.

SEO: Preserve meta tags, page/post formatting, and URL structure during the migration.

Pay:
I will pay you a promised lower $10/ hourly amount, and upon completion of the project, I will give a gratuity of between 5% and 90% depending on how well you did the project, communicated, etc.
