We are a Dutch dropshipping business with ambitious goals to hit 8 figures this year. To achieve this, we are assembling a high-performing team and are looking for an experienced Shopify Lister with a strong background in dropshipping. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, self-sufficient role with accountability and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

- Creating high-quality Shopify listings with compelling descriptions and optimized product pages.
- Conducting market research and analyzing our data to identify high-converting product descriptions.
- Building and managing collections within the Shopify store.
- Maintaining and optimizing the Shopify store for peak performance.
- Understanding high-converting landing pages and implementing best practices.
- Managing and ensuring the efficiency of workflows using Trello.
- Communicating effectively with the team via Slack.
- Preparing and listing 25 products per day, ensuring they are ready for advertising.
- Tracking progress and updating Google Sheets for product management.
- Ensuring that all products are optimized for advertising success.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and minimal delays.

Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience in Shopify and dropshipping
- Must be highly structured and detail-oriented
- Must take accountability and be self-sufficient in problem-solving
- Must have strong self-awareness and clear communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
- Experience with Facebook Ad Library and winning hunter (preferred)
- Experience with Trello and workflow management (must)
- Experience with Slack and team communication (must)
- Must be available 3-4 hours per day, 6-7 days a week
